• Duplicate or accidental payments.
• A payment was processed successfully, but the service could not be activated due to an issue on our side.
• We are unable to deliver the purchased service for reasons solely attributable to App.bd.

3. Demo Before Purchase

We strongly encourage all institutions to request a live demonstration before purchasing any App.bd service. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the features and functionality of the software.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with:

• Contact Person's Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Payment Receipt or Transaction ID
• Reason for the refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond after verification.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days, depending on the payment gateway, bank, or Mobile Financial Service (MFS) provider.
